Hello again. I have another serious complaint against Alphonso Clements. On Saturday, February 23rd, Mr. Clements refused service to me. I got on his bus at Parkrose Transit at around 8:15pm. He was driving bus 2537, line 21 train 38. I got on the bus and immediately started yelling at me that I have an exclusion. He ended up calling dispatch, which in turn they stated that I have a grace period. This is regarding Exclusion number 166345, which was nullified on February 21, 2013 by letter of Anna Turner, TriMet exclusions Administrator.
When I was approaching my stop at NE Halsey and 227th (Stop ID 2417), I rang the bell. I rang after leaving NE Halsey and 230th Ct. (Stop ID 2419). Mr. Clements slowed down, then sped up and claimed that he didn’t hear the bell. It is evident in my video proof that the bell was clearly heard. I was forced to get off at NE 223rd and W Ararta (Stop ID 13089). I am demanding that this operator be pulled from the Line 21 route and replaced immediately. I refuse to deal with a driver who despises me and refuses to serve a stop that a passenger requests due to vengeance.

I demand an answer by Tuesday, February 26th by 12:00pm.I would also request that Mr. Clements manager/station agent telephone me due to the number of incidents I have had with Mr. Clements.
