I am getting sick ad tired of Neil McFarlane lying to the TriMet Board of Directors and getting away with it. Just today at the Board of Directors briefing, Neil decided to lie ONCE AGAIN to cover his own rear end. He successfully got away with it, until now.
Here’s what he said at the board meeting.
Now, this was the report from the Supervisor of the same incident.
I won’t let this one slide, Neil. Either you admit that you lied to the board, or I will expose you at the Public Forum. I won’t take this one lying down. This is huge. You are denying the facts.
Neil said:
“Operator was on his Monday.”
“Hours of service was not at issue in that incident.”
I don’t see Neil claiming that sleepiness was not an issue in the incident. FOX made that claim, not Neil.
